This festive anthem was commissioned for the 100th Anniversary of Castleview Baptist Church, Indianapolis, Indiana where the composer (in former days) directed the music program. The music is a new setting of a text that is familiar to generations of Christians. The composer gradually and skillfully unveils the hymn tune "Old Hundredth" within a contrapuntal fabric where the musical themes converge with joyful finality!
